tNt! created an installation from twenty-four, 12 foot long cardboard tubes, acquired from waste of local carpet dealers. Standing on end, two rows of 12 tubes were lashed together at their tops with plastic wrap, creating a 24 foot long passageway for viewers to walk through. Seventeen of the tubes were painted silver to reflect their environment. Seven tubes were uniquely altered, perforated, manipulated and illuminated by each of the participating artists. The tubes have sound activated LED lights attached allowing participants to interact with the structure.
